Our label materials not only secure your packaging’s performance, they help you to reduce the impact your package has on the environment. We offer a range of sustainable face materials from FSC® certified ranges of renewable and replenishable sources. FSC® License Code C002557. Within this range you are presented with a choice of PLA films, non-cellulose papers and papers with varying amounts of post-consumer waste (PCW).

To maximise the sustainability and recyclability of materials within the logistics industry, we have developed innovative wash-off adhesives as part of our PurityWash range. These adhesives allow labels to wash off PP, PE, HDPE and PET bottles and containers, leaving materials residue free which maximises the recyclability of both the PET bottles and label materials. These adhesives can be coupled with our FSC® certified materials which allow logistic companies to improve their sustainability credentials, reducing their environmental footprint and maximising the recyclability of plastics. Explore PurityWash

All of our face materials, for both tag and label applications, can include a thermal coating or coloured thermal coating. Our thermal coatings allow you to benefit from great printability whilst avoiding unnecessary expensive top coated paper grades which may not be required for all applications. We can also add Colortherm, a coloured pigment based thermal coating, which reduces the need to increase the burn temperature of thermal print heads when imaging on flood-coated face materials for tags and PSL applications. These coatings allow you to benefit from:

• Weatherability
• Reduce fading of thermal images

We can offer an optimised digital top coating on all of our face materials which allows you to benefit from excellent printability on a variety of printers and digital presses including HP, Xeikon and InkJet. Additional benefits:
